Membership Terms ' Conditions

In this agreement, Flirthouse and Flirthouse.online are the same entity. This service is for adults only (you must be at least 18 years old). The FlirtHouse website service is an online platform that allows adults to connect and network online.

You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other FlirtHouse members.

You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other flirthouse.online members. FlirtHouse reserves the right but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members. It is expected that all members will use the flirthouse.online service responsibly.

Indemnity by Member

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless flirthouse.online, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the flirthouse.online Service, including, but not limited to, any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.

Proprietary Rights
